  #### Interest Accounts documentation

  Marqeta has added documentation for the Interest Accounts API, which manages interest for checking and savings accounts. An interest tier defines the rate that a group of accounts earns, and enrolling an account in a tier applies that rate to the account's balance. The new documentation describes how to create interest tiers, set rates for each tier, and enroll accounts in a tier, either individually or in batches.   #### Interest tier rate change event documentation

  Marqeta has added documentation for the `interesttierratechange` webhook event, which is sent when a new interest rate is created for an interest tier. The event notification includes the tier the rate applies to, the account rate, the effective rate, and the date the rate takes effect.
